Your own prices sync straight from Xero, current to the cent, with GST worked out on every line. Name the customer and their details come across from Xero too. Update a price in Xero and the next quote uses the new number.
One tap sends a draft to Xero, line items priced and tax types set. Give it a once-over, hit send, and you're onto the next job.

Why I built this
I spent years quoting installs for aircon and window furnishings. The tools were clunky and slow, three hours a night to get four quotes out, and rivals beat me to the inbox. Yes. FlowSpec sends quotes straight to your Xero account as drafts, so a Xero subscription is what you need to run it.
Your data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. You own it and can delete your account and data anytime. Login runs through Xero's official OAuth, so your password stays with them. Voice recordings transcribe and then clear straight away. Payments run through Stripe.
