Is this the real thing?

Yes. This is the actual FlowSpec engine running on a sample electrician price list. The only step the demo skips is the final send to a real Xero account.

Do I have to re-enter my price list?

No. FlowSpec reads your items straight from Xero, so there's nothing to rebuild. Connect Xero and you're quoting on your real prices in about two minutes.

What about my customers, do I retype them?

No. Say the customer's name and FlowSpec finds them in your Xero, then fills their email, phone and address onto the quote. More than one match, and you pick from a short list.

Do I need Xero?

Yes. FlowSpec sends each quote to your Xero as a draft, ready to send. This demo runs without it so you can try the engine first.

Will it work on my phone, on site?

That's the whole point. Talk or type the job from your phone on site, and the priced quote is in Xero before you've left the driveway.

What if it gets something wrong?

You review and edit every quote before it sends. Tweak it by voice or text, fix a price, then send. Nothing goes out until you say so.

Is my data safe?

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit, and yours to delete anytime. Login runs through Xero's official sign-in, so your password stays with them.
